Hughes Hall alumna Janet Scott will be preaching the University Sermon on the subject of ‘Education for Good News,’ at 11.15 on Sunday February 1.
Janet is a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), and worked as head of Religious Studies and Director of Studies in Religious Studies and Education at Homerton College. She is a Trustee of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and a Trustee and former Moderator of Churches Together in England. For twenty years she served on the Religious Education Council of England and Wales.
