Britain’s decision to leave the EU has caused widespread uncertainty about what the future holds both within and beyond the UK. We would like to stress that both Hughes Hall and the University of Cambridge are totally committed to ensuring that all our existing and incoming students get the best possible educational and social experience whilst they are with us.
We have written to everybody holding an offer of a place at Hughes Hall to allay any concerns that they may have: nothing has changed for students who take up a place in 2016, be they from the UK, EU or elsewhere.
The College will play its part to work with the University to support and enhance the opportunities that Cambridge and the UK higher education sector offers to researchers, staff, and students coming from all over the world.
